shipping policy
we always try aim to ship within 3 working days. we ship using royal mail 1st/2nd class signed for.
during the current situation regarding covid-19, please allow up to 7 days for shipping - we are a small business and on the rare occasion, we may need to make stock upon order.
we package our candles with care in sturdy cardboard boxes and do not skimp on protective void fill.
sometimes accidents do happen, but we will do our utmost to prevent any damage during shipping. if this is ever the case, please contact us via email as soon as possible.

returns + exchange policy
if you are unhappy with your purchase we are happy to refund you within 14 days of you receiving your order on the condition that the product has not been used/damaged.

please send the order back to us unused and in the original packaging, together with a brief note explaining why you are returning the items. you will be refunded as soon as we have received the goods back.

any orders cancelled prior to dispatch will be granted a full refund. orders cancelled after dispatch will be granted a refund but delivery costs to send the goods back must be covered for by the customer.
